By taking time to get to know our clients, listening to their needs, and understanding their preferences we craft a design that is one of a kind and specifically tailored towards our clients lifestyle. Our streamlined and personalised approach simplifies the process of designing a home. We manage each project from concept to completion.
THE PROCESS
DISCOVERY MEETING
We start with a Discovery Meeting to get to know our clients one on one. We will walk the space together to review the details of scope of work. We will discuss the specific needs and preferences required in the space. This step helps determining the space plan, lighting design, and color palette. We ask the leading questions and allow our clients reveal their true preferences.
DESIGN PROPOSAL
After the Discovery Meeting, we will draft a design proposal and contract for your review. The proposal will include the estimated hours required to complete the scope of work, a detailed list of what is included in your design package, the fee schedule and a step by step guide to the design process work flow.
THE PLAN
We believe the plan is the most important step. Your design package can include a 3D tour of your space, Photo realistic renderings, a detailed budget, sheet sets, color palette, fabric swatches, lighting, window treatment and furniture suggestions etc.
IMPLEMENTATION
Once the plan has been finalized and agreed upon, We will begin with the implementation of your design. We will begin securing contractors, procuring product, coordination deliveries, and resolving challenges to achieve the desired design. Our team controls and manages the implementation and installation process from start to finish.
COMMUNICATION
To ensure a seamless, stress-free process for you, we offer documented recaps of our design meetings to ensure conversations are interpreted and implemented properly. Our design process has multiple "check in" points to allow for adjustments if needed. We also maintain clear and frequent communication with you, vendors and contractors to ensure expectations and time lines are being met.
